I am a hospitality & service expert and I love to work in hotels. Being a host for guests, welcoming people and providing a home away from home can be wonderful. Even more motivating for me is to develop my team and inspire young talents. I have worked for 30 years in all categories from 1 to 5 star hotels, abroad, new openings, renovations, from 28 rooms to 500 and as General Manager the last 20 years for up to 100 employees. I am on sabbatical and very thankful for the time to reflect and develop new ideas. I will soon start my own business as Coach, Consultant and Mentor for Hospitality an talent Development.
