I am a professional leadership and team development coach, and I mainly work with team managers on their personal, leadership and team development challenges. I also work in field of organisation development, specifically culture change management and systems thinking. My passion is to help people managers create great working conditions for their teams. To create better working environments for people, to create better lives! I have also worked extensively as a Learning & Development manager in companies, designing and managing offline and online skills development programs (across functions). My own content expertise is in the field of people and human resource management; I have a Master's degree in HRM and an advanced executive coaching diploma, as well as a digital learning design diploma. I am also passionate about creative and visual thinking to build engagement and collaboration in the workplace.
