Hi! My name is Michael, and I'm originally from Oxford, UK and now live in Stockholm, Sweden. I am currently working as Content Team Leader at Kognity, an EdTech based in Stockholm. I lead the team responsible for the research, development and delivery of all of the learning content across our platform. Prior to Kognity, I have almost 10 years of experience in various publishing companies in the UK (including Pearson and Oxford University Press) in content development roles (digital & print). I love working in education, and love developing empathetic and high-achieving team cultures. Outside of work I am a musician, events organiser and former record-label owner, as well as a poor goalkeeper and proud cat owner.
