Hello, I am Koffi, the heart and soul behind Agile Smart, a pioneering enterprise in guiding organizations through agile transformations. What's my passion? It's personal and professional development. I am thrilled at the thought of sharing my knowledge and experience with you during our coaching and mentoring sessions. My journey began in the complex world of Computer Engineering and Information Systems. With over a decade of experience as a research and development engineer, I have made my mark in diverse sectors such as Telecom, Energy, and Banking, specializing in web and mobile applications. However, it was in 2008, when I discovered agile methodologies and coaching, that my career took a radically new direction. Since then, I have immersed myself in agile frameworks like Lean, SCRUM, and Kanban, and enthusiastically embraced personal and professional development. The year 2018 marked another exciting chapter: I was invited to Montreal by a prestigious financial institution to facilitate its transition to agility. There, I had the privilege of guiding teams and managers through the principles of agile methodologies. In parallel, I nurture a deep passion for teaching and oratory. I take pleasure in imparting my agile knowledge through courses in schools and businesses, and I create educational videos on YouTube, covering everything from effective communication to workplace well-being. I am currently on my way to obtaining the ACC Coach certification from the ICF. My goal? To help organizations ride the waves of societal changes. My coaching approach focuses on awakening collective intelligence and fostering constant improvement. Among the moments that have shaped my journey, a nocturnal adventure in the catacombs of Paris remains etched in my memory. I am also deeply attached to my cultural heritage, a rich and diverse blend shaped by my years in Africa, Europe, and North America. When I'm not coaching or teaching, you'll find me dancing salsa, biking through scenic routes, or capturing the ephemeral beauty of the world through my lens in summer. In winter, I rejuvenate by visiting museums and swimming, two activities that greatly improve my sleep and well-being.
