My career is marked by significant achievements in transforming startups into scaleup unicorns, notably my time at Solaris, where I played a pivotal role in scaling the company and team. Specializing in product development, tech leadership, and software architecture, I have steered companies through various stages - from startup to scaleup, including acquisitions and integrations. My expertise lies in developing and refactoring complex architectures, scaling software, and creating efficient engineering processes, which have been instrumental in driving innovation and growth. With a profound engineering background in Java/Linux ecosystems and experience as a full-stack developer, I bridge the gap between deep technical knowledge and effective management.
