I offer online coaching sessions with horses where the mentee can see the horses and myself and the horses can listen to the mentee’s tone of voice and energy. I am trained in IFS Internal Family Systems developed by Richard Schwartz and I am trauma informed. The horses assist you to access your true self and make visible what is happening in your inner world so you can understand your different parts who drive your behavior at times and how to befriend them.
