I am an IT tech leader who has gained realtime experience from running complex digital transformations programs, large engineering teams, and strategic consulting. I started as a Java developer and have progressed into the role of Vice President and CoS. I love to talk to different people from different walks of life, cultures, approaches and perspectives. It gives me loads of learning and an opportunity to build amazing relationships with like minded people. Due to an enriching journey into leadership, and going through all the various challenges that people specifically women face in this tech world, I have been able to mentor and coach so many people in Tech and enabled them to come out of their fears, doubts and learn the art of dealing with challenges.
