As the Global Talent Development Manager at IFS (a 6,000 person B2B Tech company), I specialize in L&D strategy and delivering training on leadership, onboarding, early careers development, and manager enablement. Based in the UK, but supporting a global team, I enjoy designing and implementing programs that provide meaningful and engaging employees learning experiences. As the leader of the Talent Development team, I also have first hand leadership and people management experience. Contributing and delivering results through others is not easy, especially across a remote and diverse team, so I am fortunate to be able to draw from the training initiatives we run.
