Strategy, Product, Partnerships and design are the core areas 1) Don’t build a product or feature if you can avoid building it 2) For a typical SaaS product - most of the pieces are available out-of-the-box like identity, notifications etc 3) In the initial stages - try to be super fast - be scrappy - use design systems out there and whitelabel(integrate) non-core offerings like calendar alerts(for a project management SaaS) 4) sell the new product or feature with Figma designs and prototypes to get early feedback 5) B2B end users know lot more than what we think
