My mission is to normalise failure and empowering individuals and teams to repair harm in the workplace. I want to support as many people as possible. I support and coach leaders and managers towards transformative communication. Through mentoring and sessions I help leaders and their teams to transform tension, stress and conflict within your organisations into open conversations, accountability and safe ways of working. The main tool is Restorative Conversation: they promote collaboration and job satisfaction. Not for my clients, but also for their employees, their business partners, their vendors and contractors. My clients are leaders who are ambitious and want to lead with integrity. They are eager to learn to make their work environment a just place. They embrace change and innovation and centralise trust and safety. My experience in business consultancy is primarily in communication, innovation, and team collaboration and team development. I am also interested in, and am currently in training for "embodied communication." II'll let you know what that means as soon as I have figured that out! For fun, I am currently taking a class in Mime - that's acting with your body - not so much with words. I am based in Amsterdam, but also work in other (European) countries.
