My name is Vasia, and I am 33 years old. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Greek Philology and a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). I started my career in HR as an agency recruiter before transitioning to a tech startup. Initially, I worked as a recruiter, then moved into Talent Development, and now I hold a dual role as a Talent Development Specialist and a People Partner for the Software Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure departments.

• I aspire to advance to a senior professional level, but I am currently undecided between pursuing a path in Talent Development or focusing on becoming an HR Business Partner. One of my key concerns is that, working in a smaller company, I may have limited exposure to best practices and leading industry processes. I also worry that this could affect how I am perceived outside my current organization, making it more challenging to be considered for senior roles elsewhere. I would greatly appreciate guidance in exploring both career paths and understanding the skills and experiences needed to succeed in each.
