I’m a serial entrepreneur driven to build high-performing teams. I founded two service businesses – Bride&Groom.video (a wedding video editing studio) and Markupus (a web development agency with eCommerce/affiliate focus). My biggest passion is building efficient operational processes allowing my companies to grow x2 every year. Some of my operational initiatives doubled our project count without additional investments or hires on our end. I'd love to help other founders build operational systems that will allow them to scale their tech companies with a service component. Moreover, some companies prefer to hire remote teams in Eastern Europe, and I have experience with that, having built our own hiring system. I’d love to share this experience with other founders, explain the cultural differences to them, and guide them throughout the process. I understand that the entrepreneurial journey can often feel lonely, and having the right expertise at the right time is crucial.
