I started as a consultant for databases at the Apple Headquarter in Brussels. At that time there was no FileMaker but it emerged from the Claris database and became independant. Ever since I used FileMaker in all my jobs. I worked for several software houses as a freelance developer. During 4 years I had my own campany specialised in woodworking machinery: Vertongen. I made FileMaker databases that connected the office programs with the machinery. (CAD-CAM) Companies where I worked for: KBC (Kredietbank Belgium) - Partena - Vlerick School for Business Management - Koning Boudewijn Stichting (foundation of the Belgian King where I did the program for the SME's) - Vertongen - Irisoft - Alzheimers Foundation - VOC-Brugge - SMARTbe (see article attached) I work with Fiverr since 2018, for customers like: a doctor/specialist in Germany - a brewery - production of protheses in Australia - a fighting school in USA - building development in UK - a printing company in the Netherlands - a software house in Belgium and many more.

• I'm a FileMaker senior developer (>30 years) - I was a teacher on the MBA school of Vlerick and a mentor (8 years) for medium sized companies at a program of the King Boudewijn Foundation.
• I want to support peoples who want to learn FileMaker. (starters, medium level and higher skilled)
• I'm following the market and I can teach about API's and interconnectivity of FileMaker. (apps, websites,...)
