I am an executive in the TV & Media engineering business with +15 years of insightful experience and ready to provide my help in your journey. I had the opportunity to actively participate to the growth journey of a leader in the video processing business, ATEME. 20% year-over-year revenue growth for the past decade, headcount multiplied by 3, organization transformed from centralized to meshed and international, from private to public, new business models, external growth are as many topics and results that I have reached through the 6 different positions from field engineering to Product Management, up to Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer. I had the opportunity to spend 1 year studying at the Stanford Executive Program LEAD. During this transformative and very diverse year, I could strengthen my skills in Corporate Innovation, Design Thinking/For Disruption, Finance, as well as develop new approaches in Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
