Software Engineer with >4 years of commercial experience. Mostly working in JVM world on backend services, however interested in much wider context. Despite of short career time I've already been to many workplaces from medium size companies to large corpo. I've already experienced how software should not be developed and have many clues how it should be done in awesome way. Fan of clean code, TDD, DDD and anything that helps us run from complexity. I believe that programmers are not only code monkeys but problem solvers and very often they should invest much more in soft skills then technical ones.
