As long as I can remember my mentality is "Sharing is caring". I like to work together in a collaborative way and teaming is not just a wording but a kind of spirit. I love to be a sales guy and to support others on their way to do so ;-) That's one of the reasons why I took over the responsibility for the regional group Lower Saxony - Bremen within the Bundesverband der Vertriebsmanager as head of this group 3 years ago. The feedback and response I got from my team members in the past as well as from my clients and my networks motivated me to apply for a role as a mentor on this platform.
