A few years ago, I hit a massive burnout after spending over 10 years climbing the corporate ladder. But that burnout ended up being a turning point for my personal and professional growth. I decided to start fresh, focusing on helping people achieve their big goals without burning out and while enjoying the journey. Now, as a Health & Performance Coach, I’m also launching an offline business and participating in CrossFit and running events, all while making time for my loved ones and myself to enjoy life. As a coach, I help my clients take control of their time and maintain high energy levels. I guide them in prioritizing their health—nutrition, sleep, rest, and training—by creating daily routines that lead to long-term performance. I know what it’s like to set the bar high, juggle a never-ending to-do list, and feel overwhelmed, struggling to find the time and energy to achieve it all. But I have the knowledge and tools to help you reduce stress, get clear on your priorities, and start truly living instead of just getting through the day.
