Under the Deloitte brand, which has branches in 150 countries, I served as a PMO lead for numerous Deloitte IT projects and overseas initiatives. My role involved ensuring and managing the coordination and execution of both local business units and IT networks. It is important to highlight my role in large and successful projects such as S4HANA transformation projects (in TR, AZ, GE), successfully managed particularly blocked or challenging projects and the results I achieved in this projects. Simultaneously, Turkiye, Azerbijan, Georgia, all Deloitte Central Europe Projects and 10 IT projects are lead by me, my ability to coordinate projects in different countries and regions. Responsible on all Deloitte’s IT projects such as commercial-off-the-shelf software applications, local projects, global projects that are include Integration Managegement, Stakeholder Management, Scope Mangement, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Resource Management, Communication management. The moves in my career within Deloitte have taken me to a more strategic level, and I continue my leadership in project and program management from a strategic perspective rather than tactical studies. On my role, effective communication,clear, concise, and direct communication with team leads, peers, and customers are mandatory elements. Active listening, showing empathy towards participants, and striving to achieve a shared understanding of tasks, issues, and goals were crucial aspects of my approach, allowing me to touch critical points when needed.
