Hello to whom it may concern, I'm looking for a way to look at the bigger picture within a company and trying to see things in a different light. I come from a backgroud of an Entrepreneurship family as my father and relatives have other businesses they run in logistics, transportation, operations, accounting and many more. I'm just trying to look at where I would like to be in being passionate in what I like to do more of. I currently work in healthcare specifically in Mental Health and a non-profit in food shelf and looking into expanding in these two specific areas as in the future I would love to deal in entertainment as I know that entertainment can last so long. As my current role within the company we are restructuring in the non-profit as I'm becoming the COO and for the Mental Health I'm looking to get into becoming a therapist to build a network of License Professional. I have a lot of ideas with my partner and I as we work together in this but currently I'm not sure how to approach in an owner perspective as my partner made great points of becoming an owner as I'm looking to gain some insights on improvements on myself and within the company.
