I am very passionate about learning and growth. Both from an organizational point of view as well as from an individual point of view growth hacking, that is finding efficient strategies and tactics that lead to growth, have been fascinating me from an early age. I bring vast experience as an Expat, with working experience in Australia, South Africa, Germany as well as Scandinavia. My core competence lies within marketing and growth management and I industry wise I am most familiar with the banking and financial services. Moreover I had the privilege to perform at market-leading telecommunications, automotive and consumer electronics brands. As a mentor I appreciate to help others grow and achieve their targets. It is your development, happiness and ability to overcome challenges where I aim to be of help. To achieve this I focus on establishing a good communication and relationship with you. This leads to a shared understanding and from there we will achieve great things. Being a father of two girls and living in Sweden I particularly welcome female mentees to overcome unjust gender discrimination.
