Infantry Officer & Qualified Instructor with a proven track record of 20 years in the fields of Physical Security & Loss Prevention, Business Process Streamlining, Cyber Security & Compliance, Operational Logistics, HR Training & Management. Presently heading the office of Training & Aviation Management at a frontline Headquarters, responsible for planning, scheduling & overseeing the training of over 40,000 personnel as well as the operations of Aircraft over a vast area. I am highly skilled at Programme Management & Coordination, having served as part of a team steering a Key ICT Project of the Indian Armed Forces at the Apex Level (Ministry of Defence), aimed at transforming Operational Communications & Situational Awareness across all levels.
