I currently serve as the Director of Customer Success for Oji Life lab, where I support organizations who have recognized that emotions matter. I partner closely to implement Oji’s life labs focused on emotional intelligence, decision making, and new managers. I've been in customer success for two decades, always with a focus on learning products and services. I'm also an experienced facilitator and meditation guide. Additionally, I am a certified professional coach and have been called to the work of supporting my fellow humans through in turning their midlife crisis into a midlife awakening. This includes career moves, changes in relationship status, navigating the aging process, and more. My coaching style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and fun. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, a master’s degree in Adult & Organizational Learning from Suffolk University, and a certificate in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. I was also part of the inaugural cohort of the Sounds True Inner MBA. I completed my CPC and ELI-MP Certification with iPec Coaching in 2023. I live in Massachusetts with my husband and incredibly spoiled rescue chocolate lab.
