Coming into our call, I had a few broad questions, but didn't really know what specifically I was looking to get out of it (As the adage goes, "You don't know what you don't know"). He did a great job of guiding the call by first understanding where my company was, and then transitioned into giving advice from his experience. Another thing Jeff did especially well was getting high leverage out of the call. A lot of things can be found online, but you don't know they exist. Since there were many things that Jeff advised me, he would touch on the concept, explain what it was, why it was useful for us, and then give tips on how to get started. There was one actionable I wanted to discuss more in depth, and he was also able to do that.
