Hi, I have over 30 years experience in the service industry, initially in hotels where I became Director of Operations and General Manager of Hilton & Marriott, some of the leading brands of the world. I also led the team to win some International awards for service. I was then hungry for more so moved careers to health. Since then I have been promoted several times and now lead the largest service of its kind, possibly in the world, at the Metropolitan Police Service skjere we have again won awards, growing user satisfaction by nearly 50% points with business growth reflecting that. I am a firm believer in The service profit cycle, lok after your team, who will look after the customer and business success will follow. This has always been a winning formula for me and is a hallmark of my career. I have also sufferred from and recovered from mental ill health, as it turna out, a genetic disorder and am keen to support. In my spare time I have been President of the local International Public speaking Club and spoken at several National events.
