My journey spans continents, from India to Mexico and the United States, where I’m currently directing a significant multi-million dollar engagement, leading the charge in digital modernization. My tenure at TCS has been marked by the successful orchestration of enterprise transformations, innovative legacy modernization, and championing cloud-first strategies. I've mentored over 2000 associates in Agile methodologies, catalyzing 21 transformative projects and enabling 30 associates to pivot their career paths, some into startup ventures. Beyond corporate success, my contributions to the Indian Educational Ecosystem Project highlight my commitment to leveraging technology for societal advancement. An advocate for continuous learning, I am currently pursuing an MBA in Artificial Intelligence, enriching my expertise to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy. As a member of prestigious boards and councils, including the IEEE and the NA & LATAM Enterprise Agile Council, I constantly seek to collaborate, innovate, and share knowledge.
