With many years of experience in project management and delivering complex, high-impact projects, I currently work as a Senior Project Manager at Mediclinic. My role focuses on driving strategic initiatives that transform organisational operations and deliver tangible value, such as the "Hospital at Home" program and diversity and inclusion training rollouts. I am committed to continuous learning and am pursuing an Advanced Project Management course in preparation for postgraduate studies in Project Management at Stellenbosch University. I’ve chosen to mentor because I believe in knowledge sharing and guiding others through challenges to unlock their potential.
