I am a Coach and Educator that helps other people develop their skills, life and vision for the future they want to create in the world. I am also obsessed with personal development for young people, which allows the new generations to thrive and flourish rather than develop mental-health struggles keeping them from fulfilling their potential. Who do I work with I help individuals and organisations to unlock the true leadership in them and create future influencers. By that, I don’t mean the fake shiny objects on social media. I mean everyday people who want more out of their life and feeling fulfilled by the reasons they wake up every day. Why?- I know people struggle with 3 key things when it comes to making an impact: ▶Negative work/life balance - struggling with the little things in life that they don’t have time to focus on what’s really important to them. ▶Dissengagement - either themselves or their learners not feeling that education is worth very much. ▶Unclear expectations - Not knowing or being able to live up to the expectations or goals set by different stakeholders. How? - Providing a framework for productivity and effectiveness for all dimensions of your life. Strategy to allow yourself and others around you to own their education.
