For the past 7 years, I've been working as a frontend engineer, gaining valuable experience in various settings, including outsourced projects and product development. My expertise predominantly revolves around JavaScript (JS), TypeScript (TS), React, and its infrastructure, and a bit of Node.js. In my current capacity, I serve as the lead frontend engineer for our project, assuming both technical responsibilities and leadership duties within the team. It's in this role that I've found a new passion beyond coding – guiding the professional growth of my junior colleagues. This experience has awoken interest within me to extend this mentorship beyond my current organization, to make a broader impact. Beyond technology, I have a profound interest in psychology. I firmly believe that self-awareness and understanding are paramount to personal growth and fulfillment.
