I am a former e-commerce entrepreneur and I have more than 15 years of expertise in brand building, project management and strategic client consulting. In my career, I have worked for agencies like Ray Sono, C3, Virtual Identity, DDB, Havas or Publicis ON!. I have managed the creation and launch of AI-based products, websites and apps. I have consulted the strategic execution of CRM measures of all kind, or digital retail and e-commerce projects for clients like Lufthansa, Volvo, Bosch, Sanofi, IKK direkt, Philip Morris, Telekom or McDonalds. Working with different teams for different clients, I have always noticed identical challenges leading to project blockage: a lack of communication, inefficient structures and processes, and a decreasing performance quality due to work-overload and stress. To be able to support my teams not only regarding project frameworks and processes, but also as a facilitator, I graduated as a Systemic Business Coach in 2017. In 2023 I founded The Good Girls. We are consultants for leadership, conscious change and cultural development. We are working with and for organizations, accelerators and startups, supporting them to implement a human- and value-driven corporate identity and holistic strategies to be successful in the world of New Work and Digital Transformation.
