Hello, I am a business management professional with an experience of many years in the field of education with counselling, mentoring, stress and time management as well as decision making as my forte. Currently I am working with upGrad, India's leading edtech startuo in the field of higher education. I am working as a program manager. Previously I was working as a consultant at Mt Educare Ltd. managing the business of an area with a team of more than 25 people and counselling as well as nurturing more 1000 students of 11th and 12th standard. Prior to this I was working with an education company where I developed new business for them from scratch right from team building to expansion and having a little bit experience of working as Business analyst in EXL analytics. I had taken quite a few risky decisions in my professional life some of them turned out to be really useful some were failures giving their own share of experiences.
