I started my career cutting a huge Zinc ball with a handsaw (it took me an entire day). My last project concerns the set up and management of a program for deep tech Startups (and this took much more time) 🚀 I'm in love with product design 📟, sustainability 🌍, nature and exploration 🏕️, ingenuity 💡 and entrepreneurship 🌱. I am a Materials Engineer by formation, hence I've had a rounded mind squeezed into an engineered squared mold, feeling like a jack-in-the-box eager to discover what's outside. Career coaches would call it enlightment, psychologists define it a drive, but I still prefer to think that the box had some cracks and I found my way to spring up, briging with me all the tools I found in it. This is my belief: soft skills and social competencies mixing up with hard skills and a scientific approach, in creative sauce. Yes, working in innovation means carrying out unusual things nobody tried before, flying the Jolly Roger and be ready to tack if needed, always firmly believing that what you are doing will have a positive impact for what you care about. And always look for the next different -possibily impossible- challenge.
