Aleksandra is a passionate customer experience practitioner and business leader. She is Director of Customer Centricity at OLX Group, a global marketplace network that serves more than 350 million people every month. Before joining OLX, she worked at strategy consulting firm McKinsey helping companies across the globe to drive customer-led transformations. Putting the customer into the center of organizations when designing the products & solutions or improving service is her bread and butter. In the past, she also held multiple leadership roles in a non-profit organization promoting youth leadership. Aleksandra connects the experience of working in a large consulting firm, big corporations and a start-up alike environment. 22.January 2025Aleksandra helped me when I feel uncertain about some decision I made. Thank god, I am somewhat still in the right path. The niche that I picked is still common and definitely has some markets. She also gave me insightful inputs on how to focus on build my business credibility in early stage, how to pick the right people to join into core team, and some other things. Great experience.
