After studying business administration in the financial sector, I started my career at Hypoport AG, where I discovered my passion for effective and efficient processes as a Project Manager. During the early implementation of agile working with Scrum, I worked with passion as a Product Owner and got to know and love the agile world. After the subject of disciplinary leadership was added as a team leader, the topic of agile role merging became a central issue in my life. After more than 10 years in a great company, I decided to switch to Immobilienscout24 and further improve the topic of leadership there. During this time I developed in addition to the Scrum Master and Agile Coach. This was followed by a 1-year trip to Zalando Payments, where I led the Software Developers and Scrum Masters as a People Lead in a department that dealt with fraud prevention and payment processes. After a 1-year project at Daimler AG, where I worked in a large data protection project as an Executive Consultant (via CGI), I helped build the Engineering Management team at solarisBank. 2020 I worked as Head of Product & Customer Success at wundertax, which is giving me insights in the tax world. With this knowledge I started in May 2021 at Kontist, where I lead as VP Operations the department which is managing the tax processes. We try to revolutionize the freelancers bank accounts and their tax declarations. After joining optilyz as VP Operations I founded my very own company "Fancy Donuts | Friedrichshain". I am offering now the best Premium Donuts in Berlin. B-DoSE (www.berlin-dose.de) has been part of my agile commitment since the beginning of 2015. This event / conference format regularly brings the agile Berlin scene together to philosophize about contemporary agile topics.
