"I have been having mentoring sessions with Talal since February, and I can truly say that those sessions have been knowledgeable and beneficial for me. Since the first session, I have felt comfortable talking to Talal about all the important topics, asking questions, and seeking advice. He always listens to what I say, suggests an approach, and shares his experience in similar situations. After a couple of sessions, Talal suggested an approach we could take to support my development. Although this approach is something new for me and involves stepping out of my comfort zone, which could hold me back, I found it very useful and worth trying.
