Not only were you able to provide me with new perspectives on some of my questions/assumptions, but you also put my focus on some things that I had missed before, such as the importance of keeping the collaboration going, communicating the big picture and not getting lost in technical details and many more things. I got a lot of inspiration not only from what you said, but also how you spoke about your job. To me, it is evident why you are a successful PM and why engineers work so well with you.
