Riding the "HR" wave for almost 12y and still here :) Started as everyone else with probably the "dryer" part of HR as a Generalist/ Admin, moved to Time Mgmt. & Payroll and settled down in Talent Acquisition (in now for over a decade) and no regrets given! I always felt that are people who are better than me (in multiple things) and I always admired them and tried to "squeeze" the most out of it in terms of learning, shadowing, best practices & frameworks and feel now, that I (hopefully) reached the point where I can give some of those learnings back and help the community, so here I am :) Apart from my daily professional life I am a passionate and proud father of 2 boys & husband, (amateur) CrossFit athlete, cook & nerd when it comes to anime, 3rd person games, sports, movies & series.
