Hello, I’m Sylwia, currently working as a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager. I lead and support teams: Talent Acquisition, People Development and Employer Branding. I hold a PhD in management, with my research focusing on enhancing engagement within distributed teams—a topic I’m passionate about and integrate into my work. Outside of my role, I contribute to building an Employer Branding community in my city, aiming to foster connections and best practices within our field. I am also deeply interested in stress management and well-being, regularly practicing mindfulness and meditation, and finding balance through time spent in nature.
