Hi there! I'm Swati, with over 14 years of dynamic experience in Talent Acquisition, predominantly within the Tech Industry. My journey began with sourcing and transactional recruitment, evolving into a more reliable and strategic TA business partner, collaborating with senior leaders. Originally from India, I've been based in Germany for over a decade, delving into the world of end-to-end hiring. I've honed my skills and experience in recruitment primarily within R&D (Engineering) functions across EMEA. Additionally, I've expanded into non-tech areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other business-related roles. Beyond Talent Acquisition, I've done impactful projects in internal mobility, developed and executed strategic hiring plans, explored and established a new tech hub, enhanced candidate and customer experiences, and set up interview excellence across the organisation. Currently in a Principal TA role, I also lead a team of talented and smart tech recruiters.
