I'm Sascha, a Strategy Consultant specialized in Digital Strategy and Change Management at Accenture. I guide companies to tailor strategies that make it possible to master the challenges of digitalization.

Prior to working in strategy I was a research associate at the Laboratory for Machine Tooling and Production Engineering (WZL) at RWTH Aachen University and researched in the field of Human-AI-Interaction.

In my free-time I am a very active person, doing MMA, Fitness, Climbing and much more. I love spending my time outside and travel the world.

The reason I chose to become a mentor is that I love helping people to become the best version of themselves. In fact I love it so much, that I made it one of my "Big 5 for Life" (for all those John Strelecky fans out there ;)). I can support in questions around how to structure and balance your life - especially in stressful situations, how to pursue your further career stages and also everything around Strategy Consulting, Change Management, Agile, Digital Transformation ... you name it.
