Rodney Hassard

I started my career as a product consultant before moving into pre-sales, business development and then product strategy and management. This career path has stood me in good stead for my product leadership role today enabling me to empathize with and understand what drives each function within a business.

My passions are building empowered and autonomous product teams through good coaching and mentoring, creating inspiring vision, building strategy based on focus and insights and scaling product organizations using objective frameworks.

I am keen to pass on my knowledge to those people who are entering product management to those looking to take the next step to VP Product and beyond.
