I'm also in charge of customizing technical tests to assess our candidates’ tech stacks and address skill gaps. I make sure that CV schema accurately highlights candidates' tech stacks. I have contributed to process improvements and workflow developments that have increased our interviews and technical tests by 50%. I have screened 40+ software developers' resumes and have helped 10+ non-EU software developers land interviews and technical tests in German companies such as Amazon, Zalando, Rexx-Systems, initOS, P & T, and Knauf Industries.
