Hi, I’m Markus. I am a product enthusiast, tech-lover, and people leader, driven by curiosity and a desire for growth, with a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on quality who strives to create innovative products with Master Mind teams.
For the past 8 years, I was the CTO and co-founder of a tech Startup that grew from 0 to 55 people and where I lead a team of 30 Engineers including contractors. We developed AI based software products for autonomous driving, both in automotive and robotics. I know the pitfalls and how to overcome some of the challenges young tech companies face.
Over time, I developed a deep interest in continuous learning, personal growth and leadership. The three are actually closely linked, because personal growth requires continuous learning and leadership requires personal growth. The latter is because leading others starts with leading yourself. It’s hard work, but worth it ;-)
I am so grateful for what I learned from and through others as well as through mistakes that I want to pass on some of my knowledge and experience to you. Well, I have to admit that it is not entirely altruistic, because I believe in the statement that knowledge sharing is the ultimate form of learning.
