I currently lead an R&D department focused on laboratory devices in Shanghai for a renowned German company. With a strong background in project management and agile development from my previous role in Germany, I bring a wealth of experience in leading innovative projects and cross-functional teams.

As I approach 40, I’m embracing the opportunity to give back by mentoring others. My extensive career has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in both large corporations and agile environments.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement. I enjoy cycling, engaging in pen and paper roleplaying games and spending time with my children.
