I currently lead an R&D department focused on laboratory devices in Shanghai for a renowned German company. With a strong background in project management and agile development from my previous role in Germany, I bring a wealth of experience in leading innovative projects and cross-functional teams. As I approach 40, I’m embracing the opportunity to give back by mentoring others.
