I am an experienced project professional with a track record of leading diverse projects across the public and third sectors. Currently working for one of the Wildlife Trusts in Wales as Programme Manager, I am leading on an All Wales Digital Innovation project, focused on bringing together the Welsh Wildlife Trusts to adopt and embrace new digital ways of working. Before this, I spent 16 years working across change for a local Police Force, leading on crucial operational projects and implementations. Notable achievements include leading digital initiatives such as a call centre digital enhancement programme in 2021, introducing virtual response capability and pioneering voice analytics technology to improve processes and service delivery. I managed the implementation of the Force’s online reporting and digital contact function in a cross-Wales collaborative partnership, encompassing a comprehensive bilingual website redesign to build a functional, nationally consistent product to support the service offered to the public in Wales. I have a keen interest in the people side of change, focusing on supporting people through change and helping them adapt to new processes or technologies. My goal is to create a positive experience that fosters collaboration, reduces resistance, and empowers individuals to embrace new ways of working.
