Karyna Kaliada

I am a Project Manager at Brimit in Krakow, where I lead small teams to build software for companies. My job is about making sure everyone works well together and we meet our goals. I talk a lot with clients to understand what they need and make sure we deliver it right.

Current Role:
I joined Brimit in 2022. Here, I work with teams of 5-10 people on projects for a UK accounting firm. I handle everything from meeting with clients to planning the project details. We use Agile methods and tools like Jira to keep everything on track.

Past Work:
Before this, I worked at WannaPlay and iFuture in Minsk, managing teams that built mobile games and gambling products. I started my project management career at ZenSupplies in the USA, helping dental offices manage their supplies better.

Education:
I studied International Management at Belarusian State University. I’ve also earned project management certifications from PMI and Google and taken extra courses in Agile, business analysis, and web development.

Interests:
When I’m not working, I love to help organize community events and learn about the brain and neuroscience. I also like sports, run a quiz team, and volunteer in my community.

As a mentor, I look forward to sharing what I know about managing projects and helping new professionals grow their careers.
