Hello and welcome! I'm excited to share with you my journey and expertise, cultivated over a decade of diverse professional experiences across technology, coaching, consulting, and legal sectors. As a proud alumnus of Jagiellonian University with a completed lawyer's apprenticeship, and armed with PSM I & ICAN Business Advisor Manager Development Programme certifications, my career has been a testament to continuous learning and growth. Further enriching my skills, I have undertaken leadership and team management courses at the University of Chicago, Esade, and LSE.
Since May 2023, I have embraced the challenging role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at a VML Tech Hub in Poland, directly reporting to the CEO. My journey here has been paved with significant achievements in business, engineering, and leadership. I am deeply passionate about steering the technological vision and strategy of my organization, focusing on the development and implementation of innovative solutions, and shaping the technology infrastructure and architecture to meet future demands.
My expertise in people management and team leadership has been honed in dynamic, fast-paced environments, enabling me to effectively tackle complex human resource challenges and foster team success. My approach blends a clear business and technology vision, allowing me to align my team's efforts with overarching business objectives and drive impactful results.
My technical acumen is complemented by strong interpersonal skills and a robust work ethic, empowering me to excel both independently and in collaborative settings. My proficiency in communication, coupled with an analytical and data-driven mindset, has consistently contributed to my role as an effective communicator and problem solver.
A significant aspect of my professional repertoire includes automation skills, which have streamlined processes, boosted efficiency, and generated cost savings in my past roles. These experiences have equipped me with valuable insights that I am eager to share with mentees.
Outside of work, I indulge in my passions for cinematography, street photography, new technologies, Formula 1, and cycling, which keep me inspired and balanced.
