My mentoring experience with Inga was amazing, we had such a great time that I look forward to scheduling another session. From the beginning she asked my main goals to understand more about where I’m right now, where I want to go and how I think of achieving it. For each topic that I’d pointed out, she got questions to help me reflect deeper about them and also sharing her point of view, considering all her expertise, regarding the best ways I could use to get where I want, which demonstrated her passion to help others. One of the subjects I’d brought to the session was better ways to improve Time Management while tracking the results of many projects, some of which would be in progress, others would be in planning phase and others in reviewing, all of those not only about work, but also for personal purposes. She presented me awesome ideas to try which made my really motivated to put into action. I received a huge help from her not only with reflection topics and deep questions about my professional life, but also some practical tips to develop my organization, prioritization, and goal tracking, which I definitely can use for my work yet for my personal projects. Those tips were so great that I started putting them into practice right away, planning how to apply them for other projects and areas of my life.
