I coach humans with marginalized identities on finding their voice as leaders in their work life and interpersonal connections. A leader isn't someone with followers. It's someone who goes ahead. And to be a fit, you gotta want to do that equitably. As part of the Ethical Coaching Collective, my approach is non-hierarchical, client-centered, empowering them with the awareness and tools to direct their own path and change their own minds – in other words, I aim to make myself obsolete.
