Greetings! I currently work with a small nonprofit to help increase their volunteer base as well as supporting current volunteers to maximize their satisfaction in the program. My background includes coordinating nonprofit and grant-funded programs, in addition to being a lead educator in diverse educational settings.

• Communication/conflict prevention/resolution - I possess effective communication skills that allow me to keep open communication with colleagues as well as conflict prevention and resolution skills.
• Many of the conflict prevention and resolution skills that I've gained throughout the years involve open communication, using 'I statements', as well as utilizing the 'Fact, Feeling, Fair Request' non-violent communication techniques.
