I currently work with a small nonprofit to help increase their volunteer base as well as supporting current volunteers to maximize their satisfaction in the program. My background includes coordinating nonprofit and grant-funded programs, in addition to being a lead educator in diverse educational settings.

My Mentoring Topics
Communication/conflict prevention/resolution - I possess effective communication skills that allow me to keep open communication with colleagues as well as conflict prevention and resolution skills.
Many of the conflict prevention and resolution skills that I've gained throughout the years involve open communication, using 'I statements', as well as utilizing the 'Fact, Feeling, Fair Request' non-violent communication techniques.
