My name is Ana Varsic, I am an entrepreneur and a business growth strategist for small business owners and here is my story. I have been an entrepreneur for over 10 years. During that period I have gone through almost all stages of running a small company. I can say that I have come a long way, but it was a long road. I had to face many entrepreneurial challenges before making it. It was not once I experienced severe burnouts to the point of harming my health. Frankly, I didn’t have a clue how to run a business, at least not properly or efficiently. To be honest, most small business owners don’t know it either. I could not afford professional help because I was a small business owner, and small business owners never have too much money, at least not in the beginning. So I had to improvise and eventually I made it. My business did not fail, quite the opposite, it has grown into a pretty healthy, self-sustainable business. Anyhow, my experience of running a company lead me to dive deeper into the whole area of entrepreneurship and challenges small business owners face on a daily basis. So, I dedicated myself to acquiring new skills and knowledge related to business development and business growth, marketing, and coaching, to become the expert myself. And today, I am an ISO certified NLP and NLC coach, a business development strategist and growth specialist trained by one of the world's leading business coaches and coaching organizations specialized in coaching small businesses on how to build successful and lucrative businesses. I also have the privilege to contribute to university startup competitions. I want to share my knowledge and experience with other small business owners and startups to help them at least a bit along their entrepreneurial journey. I also believe in the power of connecting and networking, so by joining this club, I look forward to forming good friendships as well as to get some valuable takeaways form others too.
